Recent research on learning styles has helped us understand how teams learn while they develop. More specifically, Kolb's notion of "learning space" leverages what we know about individual learning styles and provides another level of understanding such that team member contributions lead to synergistic outcomes. In addition, we use other tools such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and DISC to help teams maintain high levels of performance.
