Our services
In addition to formal education in both Business and Human Resources
Development, I believe that my work experiences position me to provide expertise
in four specific areas.
Consulting
- My consulting practice includes two areas. First, I have helped
organizations align their functional HR systems with the overall business
strategy. Also, I have focused on specific areas such as Selection
Models and Performance Management. Click on the consulting link for a

Coaching
- More recently, my coaching practice has focused on the accelerated
development of high potential talent. However, I have also worked
extensively with targeted coaching and transition coaching. Click on

Assessments
- I have access to several instruments and assessment tools, having gained
certification for them over the years. Click on the link for a menu of
self-reported and multi-rater assessment tools that you can use for talent
development in your organization.
Training
- Having started my career as a sales trainer, I have logged thousands of
hours in the training room as a stand up instructor. In addition, my
background in Instructional Systems Design facilitates the design,
development, delivery and evaluation of meaningful learning solutions.
