Organization Development Consulting

My Organization Development work relies heavily on the identification of competencies needed to perform key processes and the development of those over time.  In some instances this means the enhancement of definitions for existing jobs by developing competency models for individual jobs, job families, or entire Strategic Business Units.  These models can then be used for a variety of purposes such as selection, performance development, performance management, succession planning, to name a few.  Specific and customized tools such as the Selection Matrix, the Resource Guide and the Individual Development Plan all help to equip the organization to maintain requisite skills needed for success.

Other data based strategies such as the Customer Map are focused on ensuring that internal and external processes are focused on the right measures of effectiveness and efficiency.  Organizations that adopt a next process as customer find this process especially helpful
