Deborah Bercume

Deborah Bercume is a professional Executive  Coach, Leadership Facilitator, and Trainer. She brings over 25 years of experience working with professionals to achieve personal and professional fulfillment. Debbie performs effectively in a variety of roles, which include coach, facilitator, trainer, consultant,  and business partner. As part of her work she collaborates with strategic alliances of award-winning blended-learning solutions offering clients the most innovative, customizable resources.

Debbie earned her MS Degree in Training and Development from Lesley University, her BS in Business Administration from North Adams State College, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College. She is Past-President of the Central Massachusetts Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, an instructor for ASTD’s HPI Certificate Program at Worcester State College.  She is a Master Certified Leadership Coach through the iPEC Coaching Program.


Richard J. Levin, Ed.D.

Dr. Richard Levin is an executive coach, leadership developer, television commentator, and newspaper columnist with a special knack for bringing successful people together.

As the founder and principal of Richard Levin & Associates; as the President and Executive Producer of Buzzards Bay Productions (www.buzzardsbay.tv); as co-author of the popular and powerful book Shared Purpose: Working Together to Build Strong Families and High Performance Companies; as a founder of Boston University’s Center on Work and Family; and as a founder and faculty member of the Executive Leadership Institute, Richard has stretched the boundaries of creativity, inclusiveness, and collaboration to build extraordinary organizations.

Richard’s corporate clients have included AT&T, BJ’s Wholesale, Bausch & Lomb, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Fidelity Investments, The Gillette Company, International Aircraft Associates, John Hancock Financial Services, ModivMedia, Northeast Utilities, Slade Gorton & Company, Stride Rite, The Timberland Company, and Wachovia, as well as numerous family-owned businesses, law firms, and accounting firms.

During the past several years, Richard has been interviewed by The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Fortune, Money Magazine, Bloomberg Business Radio, Entrepreneur, The Associated Press, The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, New England Cable News, and National Public Radio. He co-writes a newspaper column, As We Live and Work, with Dr. Barrie Sanford Greiff (published in the Boston Business Journal and syndicated to other publications of American City Business Journals), and is a regular commentator on the Nightly Business Report (broadcast on 238 PBS television stations, the Armed Forces Radio and Television Service, and the WorldNet Satellite Network). Richard is also an occasional commentator on NECN’s New England Business Day. In addition, Richard has written several publications on flexible benefits, work/life stress, and family businesses. His 1992 article, The Family Circle: Psychological Issues and the Family Business, was selected by the Family Firm Institute as one of the ten best articles on family business, and was republished in the book The Best of Behavioral Science.

Richard received his academic degrees in psychology and education from Brandeis University and Boston University.


Tes Cotter, Ed.D.

Dr. Tes Cotter is a dynamic business professional dedicated to the development of organizational capability to increase individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.  With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Tes has extensive experience partnering with leadership teams in global operations to maximize human performance capability to advance business goals.

Tes leads with a strong business perspective, coupled with a focus on people and the organization.  As a highly skilled manager and leader, Tes has expertise in: coaching, negotiating strategic alignment, designing/developing and facilitating interventions, implementing change, internal consulting, building relationships and operations management.  As a Fidelity Vice President, Tes led Learning & Development groups that supported operations (domestic, India) to strengthen operations, management, and leadership capability in order to accelerate readiness of identified successors.  She also coached Directors and Vice Presidents, fostering strength-based development to build a succession pipeline and enable leaders to meet their strategic objectives.  Building and leading high performance teams is both a strength and passion.

Currently, Tes serves as an adjunct faculty in the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University.  She holds a BS in Business from University of Lowell, a MS in Training and Development from Lesley University, and an Ed.D in Adult Education and Leadership from Teachers College Columbia University.
