New HR Advisor program offered
Poirier & Associates is now offering a service called HR
Advisor, which is specifically designed for HR managers of smaller
organizations. It provides ongoing coaching of HR managers and as needed
advice on critical HR issues. Given John Poirier's expertise as a professor of
Human Resource Management and Development and his coaching expertise, this
service provides ongoing access to an HR expert whenever the need arises.

Program
John Poirier is now an adjunct faculty of the Human Resource Education
(HRE)
Program at Boston University. The HRE Program is the premier graduate
program in the Boston area for those pursuing graduate education in Human
