When most managers think about developing their employees or themselves, they traditionally think of training.  While we believe in the value of training, we also believe in the value added that can be derived from individual development planning.  That is why we focus so much on strategies that enable individuals to develop a learning agenda, then experiment with new approaches and behaviors at work.  Our approach to coaching relies heavily on this notion of action learning.  The three pages under this tab provide some details about our coaching and 360 strategies.
