HR Advisor

  John Poirier, Ed. D.

The HR Advisor program provides access to John Poirier's knowledge in Human Resource Management and Human Resources Development.  It is especially designed for organizations with between 15 and 100 employees.  Client organizations may have an HR manager or an administrator who has responsibility for Human Resources.

HR Advisor is a one year subscription that includes:

• An initial assessment of HR policies and practices of the client organization
• One half day per month of onsite consultation and coaching for HR managers
• Ongoing access to John Poirier with a same day response commitment

As a professor, John has up to date knowledge of HR best practices.  A a coach, he is expert at helping HR managers develop their knowledge and skills in HR.
