Benchmarks®

What is Benchmarks?

Benchmarks is a multi-rater feedback process that is designed to help executives and managers:

	learn how others perceive their strengths and styles.
	compare their effectiveness to other executives in organizations similar to theirs
	focus on dimensions of leadership that are critical to success in the context of their organization and role.

How does Benchmarks work?

Using Benchmarks is easy. Our consultants administer the surveys for you and manage the collection of all responses. About three weeks later, we meet with the Benchmarks participants to feedback and interpret their results. In addition, we coach them in the formulation of a development plan for enhancing their leadership effectiveness. Following the implementation of their plan, we follow up with participants to ensure ongoing learning.
