Our high-impact, competency-based consulting focuses on helping clients develop and

of client organizations. More specifically, our strategies focus on enhancing the
performance and learning of individuals, teams and entire work units.
We believe that Human Resources Development can be effected at three levels;
the organization, the team, and the individual. Accordingly, we have

What we do.
Our mission is to provide cutting edge Human Resource expertise to mid and
small sized organizations that can't afford to engage large consulting firms
with high overhead. While we have worked with many large organizations,
our preference is to minimize travel and focus on work local to the Boston and
Providence areas. We are able to do this because of the faculty
appointments we enjoy. Consequently, our per diem and project rates are as much
as 50%less than what you would expect to pay to a large firm.
